My name is Ken Schmidt and I have been involved with real estate for over ten years. I really enjoy and prefer to work with clients in golf communities especially Red Mountain Ranch which is one of my favorite master planned golf communities in the whole valley.
Red Mountain Ranch offers a wide variety of homes most of which are anywhere from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. Some of the luxury homes are a little larger with a few setting on 1 +acre lots. Most homes where built in the early to mid 90′s but a handful were built both prior too and after that with some of the custom homes being built just several years ago. Many of these homes offer golf course views and private pools.
The 880 acre Red Mountain Ranch community is suited for both year round or seasonal ownership. Some of the neighborhoods are gated for those that prefer gated community living. The signature amenity is the Red Mountain Ranch Country Club that offers a private/semi-private 18 hole championship golf course with pool, tennis courts and dining. There are also dozens of park areas scattered strategically throughout the community.
